What is the size of your box?
Each boxes equals 2.3 cubic feet of packing space and are 22” Long x 12” Wide x 15” High.
Can I purchase your boxes?
Yes. We charge $25.00 per box. If you are interested in purchasing boxes please contact our office at 801-433-2525.
How soon can I receive your boxes?
You can pickup or we can deliver your boxes within 24 to 48 hours.
How much weight can a box hold?
Our boxes hold approximately 60 pounds of items or 2.3 cubic feet of packing space.
Are your boxes cleaned?
Yes. On every box we use a high pressure compressed air to clean out anything left behind and then each box is wiped cleaned after every rental.
If I choose to pickup my boxes where do I pick them up?
Do I need to be present for a delivery or pickup?
Yes. Someone 18 or older needs to be present to sign for the boxes. A signature is required for delivery and pickup.
How do I order and pay for my boxes?
You can order and pay with your credit card or debit card online by clicking on our Order Now page. We are also happy to take your order / payment over the phone at 801-433-2525.
If I return the boxes early do I get a discount?
No. Sorry we do not offer discounts on early returns.
What if my delivery or pickup address has Stairs?
Our standard delivery of our rental boxes is to a ground floor address. Delivery / Pickup locations with Stairs will require an additional fee of $25.00 per Flight of Stairs. (A Flight of Stairs consist of 12 Steps.)
What areas do you service?
We deliver to all of Salt Lake County, and some of Utah and Davis County. Please call our office at 801-433-2525 to see if we deliver to your area.
What payment types do you except?
Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express.
What happens if I lose or damage a box?
No problem. There will be a charge of $25.00 per box that is lost or damaged.
How do I schedule a pickup?
To schedule a pickup. Please call our office at 801-433-2525 Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and we will be happy to schedule your pickup.
Do I need tape for my boxes?
No. Our boxes have attached, interlocking lids that seal without tape. For added security you can purchase Zip Ties from us to secure the lids of each box. We sell 20 Zip Ties for $2.00. You can order as many as you need.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee if we have not charged your credit card and you have given us a 24 hour notice. If we have charged your credit card there is a fee of $25.00.
Is there a delivery charge?
For those customers outside of our delivery / pickup area some of our customers have used Roadie. Roadie is a delivery / pickup platform that connects people with drivers that have unused space in their vehicles that are heading in their direction.
What if I want to add more boxes to my account after I've had the boxes delivered or I've picked the boxes up?
Not a problem. Just call our office at 801-433-2525 or go on to our website and click on Order Now and order more boxes. Additional boxes are charged based on the package price you order. Additional delivery charges will apply if you have us deliver the boxes to your location. There is no charge for you to pickup the boxes at our office at 450 East 2200 South (Wentworth Ave) Salt Lake City, Utah 84115.
